Sherri A. Mecum MA C.A.G.S. LMHC
Sherri has over fifteen years of experience in the human service field. Her career history includes working in such disciplines as Mental Health, Education and Computer Science. Sherri possesses a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Anna Maria College in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Child & Family Interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Sherri is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Melissa Petrillo, MA, LMHC
Melissa has extensive experience working with individuals with complex trauma, as well as substance abuse issues and/or developmental delays. She is also skilled at working within the juvenile justice systems, drug courts, and local school systems. Melissa has a particularly broad experience in treating adults with both mental health and substance use. Melissa posses a Master's Degree from Assumption College in Worcester MA a Certificate of Traumatic Stress Studies from The Trauma Center, Boston, MA as well as Advanced Trainings in CBT, ARC, trauma therapies, transitional and motivational interviewing.

Robyn Quilliam MA LMHC
Robyn has over ten years of experience in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field. Her career history includes working in residential substance abuse program for adolescent girls; school based clinical work and outpatient therapy with adolescents and adults. Robyn possesses a Master’s Degree from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Leonard Jusme MA, LMHC
Leonard is a graduate of American International College, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. He has worked in multiple settings to provide mental health and behavioral services to become uniquely skilled and perceptive in understanding clients' perspectives. Leonard’s professional experience spans outpatient, residential, and juvenile justice systems, most recently serving as a Clinical Director in a DYS treatment program for adolescents. Leonard is currently the Program Director of Community Based Acute Treatment program. He uses a holistic style, which teaches how mind, body, and spirit are key to change and positive living.

Shani Anderson PMHNP-BC, RN
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Shani is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified, ANCC, . She possesses a MSN from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, MA, a BS in Nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing, has an RN in MA and NY and is Certified in BLS Healthcare Professionals
Ms. Mecum's areas of expertise include families, children, couples, and adolescents. She is MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified through (DCF) Department of Children and Families and was a kinship foster parent for several years. Sherri was a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for two years as well as a volunteer for Horizons for Homeless Children.
Ms. Petrillo's areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, spectrum disorders, and substance abuse/dependence. She has completed training in ARC, CBT, and TF-CBT.
Ms. Quilliam’s area of expertise include working with adolescents, substance abuse treatment, and treatment for clients with chronic pain. She has extensive experience working with adolescents in the substance abuse field.
Mr. Jusme's area of expertise includes Individual/Family counseling, Crisis Intervention, Client Assessment, Violence Prevention, Group leader, Case Management and Record Management
Ms. Anderson's work history includes working in both inpatient and outpatient Psychiatric facilities
