Deirdre Ennis PMHNP-BC, RN

Ms. Quilliam’s area of expertise include working with adolescents, substance abuse treatment, and treatment for clients with chronic pain. She has extensive experience working with adolescents in the substance abuse field.  

The staff bring a culturally diverse quality to behavioral health and substance abuse care for children, adolescents, adults, and their families, utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. We are committed to quality behavioral health care that is provided in a collaborative effort. We are further committed to the philosophy that we exist for the community.

Sherri has over fifteen years of experience in the human service field. Her career history includes working in such disciplines as Mental Health, Education and Computer Science. Sherri possesses a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Anna Maria College in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Child & Family Interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Sherri is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Leonard Jusme  MA LMHC

Clinical Supervisor


Leonard  is a graduate of American International College, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. He has worked in multiple settings to provide mental health and behavioral services to become uniquely skilled and perceptive in understanding clients' perspectives. Leonard’s professional experience spans outpatient, residential, and juvenile justice systems, most recently serving as a Clinical Director in a DYS treatment program for adolescents. Leonard is currently the Program Director of Community Based Acute Treatment program. He uses a holistic style, which teaches how mind, body, and spirit are key to change and positive living.

Ms. Mecum's areas of expertise include families, children, couples, and adolescents. She is MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified through (DCF) Department of Children and Families and was a kinship foster parent for several years. Sherri was a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for two years as well as a volunteer for Horizons for Homeless Children.

Robyn has over ten years of experience in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field. Her career history includes working in a residential substance abuse program for adolescent girls, school based clinical work and outpatient therapy with adolescents and adults. Robyn possesses a Master’s Degree from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Melissa Petrillo  MA LMHC

Director of Clinical Services and Training


Melissa has extensive experience working with individuals with complex trauma, as well as substance abuse issues and/or developmental delays. She is also skilled at working within the juvenile justice systems, drug courts, and local school systems. Melissa has a particularly broad experience in treating adults with both mental health and substance use. Melissa possesses a Master's Degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA, a Certificate of Traumatic Stress Studies from The Trauma Center in Boston, MA, as well as Advanced Trainings in CBT, ARC, trauma therapies, transitional and

motivational interviewing.

Deirdre is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified by the ANCC. She possesses an MSN and a BS in Nursing from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. She has an CNP and RN license in Massachusetts. She has worked for over seven years in the mental health field in multiple settings including inpatient, partial, and outpatient settings. Deirdre has worked with many psychiatric diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders.
